Q1. Is the hair virgin unprocessed?
A: Yes, the hair is cut from one donor with full cuticle aligned, no acid bath, natural unprocessed.
Q2. Will the hair shedding or tangle?
A: The hair is double weft weaving with no shedding. And as virgin cuticle aligned, with proper care, it would not get tangled.
Q3. How many bundles for a full head?
It depends on the size of customer's head, usually 12"-14": 2 bundles, 16"-20": 3 bundles, 22"-28": 4 bundles or more, you can use it as a reference.
Q4. How long is the processing and shipment time?
A: After your payment is confirmed, we will ship the goods within 24 hours, shipment will take 3-5 days. For customized order, it would take 1~2 weeks.
Our Return Policy & Seivice:
a) Return/Refund is accepted within 7 days (the date depend on the DHL). Please contact with us if you
want to return the goods.
b) To avoid delivery lost, return should be arranged by register airmail. And the shipping fees of return
should be paid by the buyer.
